公司现有三座工厂：内蒙古包头原材料工厂，专业生产磁铁原材料；安徽江馨微电工厂，专业生产微电机用于手机摄像头；东莞小河工厂是集研发精工为一体的综合生产基地：厂区内规划办公面积约1800余平米（独栋办公室），生产车间约5,600平米，员工宿舍约2,400平方米。 员工总人数约320人。现有切片设备为500余台，年产能15000 万平方厘米（合约250吨）。
拥有多种异型磁铁加工能力，设备有内圆切割机，打孔机，线切割，单面磨床，双面磨床，立式磨床等多达700余台，以满足各个行业对磁铁的生产要求。 厂内有多种可靠性测试设备如盐雾机，恒温恒湿机，高温测试机，磁特性分析仪，二次元投影仪，跌落测试设备等各种设备以满足产品特性需求。
